Internet Shopping is Safe (ISIS) gives you a simple and easy way to recognise reliable, trustworthy and secure websites that you can buy from online.

More than 1,200 websites, including small boutiques as well as high street retailers such as Marks & Spencer, Boots and Top Shop have signed up for the accreditation.

ISIS was launched in 2001 by IMRG, the UK’s industry association for e-retail.

ISIS retailers must prove they are trading in a legal, decent, honest, truthful and fair manner; therefore you can expect an efficient, reliable safe experience on their sites.

ISIS reviews and monitors approved websites to ensure high standards are maintained. However, should you get into a dispute with an accredited retailer, ISIS are also on hand to mediate on your behalf.
