Why ISIS Accreditation?
ISIS-Accredited retailers now account for approximately two thirds of all UK online shopping.
Consumers can shop online with confidence wherever they see the ISIS logo because it certifies that the retailer has:
• registered with the ISIS programme and undertaken to trade in a manner that is LEGAL, DECENT, HONEST, TRUTHFUL AND FAIR;
• had its web site and service reviewed and monitored by IMRG;
• had its Business, VAT and Data Protection registrations checked by IMRG.

If you see an ISIS logo that doesn't correctly link through to the verification page, please report it to IMRG immediately by by completing this enquiry
form.
One of the main reasons that consumers cite as the reason for not shopping online, is a lack of awareness of the retailer. Whilst the established online traders and high street retailers have solid brand exposure to comfort the customer, smaller e-Retailer's do not. Use of the ISIS Mark confirms your identity and will indicate to those with whom you are conducting business that you are using ISIS's standards. The ISIS Mark has built up a great reputation over many years and as a result, ISIS-accredited merchants benefit from the reputation for reliability, security and trustworthiness engendered by the ISIS Mark. Customers purchasing goods and services branded under the ISIS Mark can do so with confidence, knowing that they do so from ISIS-accredited merchants.

ISIS (Internet Shopping Is Safe) is run by the e-retail industry body,
IMRG.
43% of consumers say that the quality of a retailer’s delivery offer can influence their decision to shop with them (or not) and 40% say that poor delivery service has prevented them from returning to shop again with a particular retailer. Accreditation to the
IDIS (Internet Delivery is Safe) Charter and the IDIS Gold Standard, an extension of ISIS removes these fears.
